    JSI Co-Presidents Judge Brian MacKenzie (Ret.) and David Wallace will discuss the Treatment Court model and how it has been an important Criminal Justice in the United States and how Procedural Fairness enhances the effort of Treatment Courts. They will discuss how Procedural emphasizes transparency, consistency, and the opportunity for all parties to be heard, ensuring that decisions are based on rules and principles equally to everyone. Also to be discussed will be the four key components of Procedural Fairness and how they impact Treatment Courts and system in general.
