The Four Key Principles of Procedural Fairness/Procedural Justice

There are four key principles of Procedural Fairness/Procedural Justice – voice, neutrality, respectful treatment and trustworthy authorities. PF/PF is key in motivating people to obey court orders.  It is also key for treatment courts.  It is a component of Therapeutic Jurisprudence.  Judge Peggy Hora (Ret.) will explore these concepts in a 2-hour presentation that will be taped for future use by the Puerto Rico judiciary.
