The Effects of Marijuana Legalization on the Courts

JSI President Judge Peggy Hora (Ret.) will be presenting a workshop on “The Effects of Marijuana Legalization on the Courts” at the Virgin Islands Judicial Conference: “Advancing Justice through Collaboration and Judicial Education.”  The goal of the conference is to address pressing issues facing the local judiciary, needs for reforms in certain areas of law and court practices, in addition to a judicial education program on matters of particular interest or importance to further professional development for local judicial officers.
