Integrating Theory and Practice of Non-Adversarial Justice

JSI Co-Founder Judge Peggy Hora (Ret.) will speak at the Second International Conference on Non-Adversarial Justice and address the attendees on Integrating Theory and Practice of Non-Adversarial Justice.

The conference will cover such topics as Therapeutic Jurisprudence, Restorative Justice, Procedural Justice, Appropriate Dispute Resolution, Preventative Law, Collaborative Law, Creative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Courts (Problem-Solving Courts)

The membership of the AIJA includes judges, magistrates, tribunal members, court administrators, legal practitioners, academic lawyers, court librarians and others with an interest in judicial administration.
