Drug Court Standards and On-Site Testing: the Value of Automation

JSI Associate Judge Harvey Hoffman (Ret.) will discuss Drug Court testing standards. Every drug court professional has to understand the basics of alcohol and other drug testing in order to do a competent job.  This seminar will give you the fundamentals of on-site drug testing as well as the standards for tests.  It will also demonstrate the objective nature of drug testing and the importance of using the information from drugs tests in shaping your drug treatment court.
