Gaming The Test: How Defendants Try to Beat Drug Tests

JSI CFO Judge Brian MacKenzie (Ret.) will give a presentation on “Gaming The Test: How defendants try to beat drug tests.”  This presentation will focus on how defendants who are continuing to use illegal drugs, attempt to avoid positive results on drug tests.  It will look at three different ways, dilution adulteration and substitution that are used to avoid positive tests.  It will address how defendants learn about tampering and what products, such as  the Whizzinator and urine luck, that they buy and use.  Finally the participant will learn the best practices to defeat these efforts.
