Legal Issues with Marijuana Legalization

At the 2017 MidYear / Retired Judges Conference JSI Co-Founder Judge Peggy Hora (Ret.) will discuss Legal Issues with Marijuana Legalization and Prop 64. Recreational marijuana will bring lots of new issues and challenges to the courtroom. How do we adjudicate DUI-drug cases? What about jury attitude now that 56% of Californians voted for full recreational use? What happens to drug sniffing dogs? Will more juveniles use marijuana now? These and many other questions will be explored during this session
