Ensuring Your Team is High Preforming

JSI Vice President Chief Mack Jenkins (Ret.) will discuss evidence-based best practices for team composition, evidence-based roles of team members, participation in staffing sessions and review hearings, and communication and decision-making.  Interactive discussions will be used to assist the attendees in understanding the importance of the full team for Drug Courts.

As a result of this session, attendees will be able to:
